Kathaleen Smarsh

Kathaleen Smarsh CIPS, TRC

Kathaleen Smarsh is the Broker/Owner of 7 Seas Realty. Kathaleen first moved to Miami in 1999 where she worked at Northern Trust Bank in the Corporate Real Estate Department in Miami and subsequently in London and Chicago. Her roles evolved from construction project management to becoming a Vice President and a Real Estate Portfolio Strategist. Kathaleen transitioned to residential real estate in 2012 and opened her own brokerage company in 2015.

Kathaleen has a BA in Economics from SUNY Buffalo.  She has studied, worked and traveled extensively throughout the world which has provided her with an insightful perspective on global economies, politics, and cultures.  Kathaleen's  broad range of skills and knowledge are determinant factors in her ability to successfully close transactions in Miami's sophisticated real estate market.   Kathaleen has received the distinguished CIPS designation, Certified International Property Specialist.  She also holds the TRC designation, Transnational Referral Certification, and is a member of ICREA, the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations.  

Kathaleen is actively involved in community organizations and is vice president of her condominium association. She also serves on the boards of the City of Miami Beach Transportation Committee and the Miami Beach Community Development Corporation. She is noted for her analytical and communication skills along with a steadfast commitment to her customers and colleagues.
